UX Analyst

Work from home analysing usability videos

We set up WhatUsersDo so anyone, in any size or type of organization, can observe real people using their website or mobile app.

We are a remote, unmoderated User Experience research service i.e. we record online videos of the screens and spoken thoughts of participants as they complete tasks.

Some clients analyse the videos themselves, others pay us to analyse them – and this is where you come in.

We’re now expanding our roster of consultant UX Analysts who watch and draw insight from the videos. Joining the roster means you can:

  • work for us from home on an ad-hoc basis
  • opt-in to analysis "jobs", only taking on the work you can handle
  • use our online tools to watch and analyse the videos.

We don’t expect you to be on hand 24/7, you can work the hours that suit you.

Who should apply?

You will need a minimum three years experience of user research or usability testing.

You are probably freelancing or currently working on a part-time basis.

You are not currently working full time.
