Tips


1. Test duration

Users expect to complete tests within 20 minutes.


2. Set a scenario

Give users a context e.g. "you are looking for a Mothers' Day gift".


3. Make it personal

You'll get better feedback if the tasks are personalised e.g. "look for a washing machine you would genuinely consider" is better than "buy a Zanussi model XYZ"


4. Number each task

Numbering each task is the best way to ensure none get missed.


5. Testing payment

Our users won't enter their credit cards on your site. But you can include dummy card or voucher code details in the task instructions.
